WEBSITE DESIGN + COPYWRITING
I create custom websites either from scratch or using a template site which is then completely personalized and edited with your content to get you results with style. With all websites I include:

2024 SPECIAL: EMAIL for $150 off all Packages
Graphic Design, Copy Writing, or Editing services: $90/hr. or $360 per page.
£90/hr. for UK / 90€ for EU clients due to exchange rates + change fees. I also offer flat rates for clearly defined projects.
Non Profit rate: $40/hr. Student rate: $30/hr. Please see below for more details on the process:
Initial consultation + deposit: After the initial consultation I provide an estimate for hourly work or a flat fee. All projects require a 50% deposit and the balance prior to the release of production-ready files or a live website. I provide 2-3 options for designs, include 1st edits after options are chosen, and don't charge for copyediting advice. As is standard, I do not share design files unless on a partner contract with another graphic designer and I will not use another designer's files without her/his permission. I do often provide logo design files for use on stationary and marketing/promotional materials provided my designs are not altered or used beyond the agreed upon project. As is standard designers retain copyright for their designs unless purchased.
Copyright law + ownership of designs: Please note designers own their designs by copyright law and although clients do not own the copyright to designs, they have full license to use my work as is or request edits which I do quickly and inexpensively for all regular clients at a discounted rate of $60/hr. unless otherwise negotiated. I understand the need to update and edit quickly without great expense and my turnaround time is incredibly fast. I also do emergency website updates off hours as needed.
For websites, I usually maintain the site as owner or I transfer ownership for a $500 fee and remain on as designer to edit and assist with any issues that arise. Again, please note all designers, just as authors, own their designs by copyright law so if you want to own the designs for some reason, we can discuss this otherwise standard practice is to request edits as needed and I make this as easy and inexpensive as possible. Copyright laws are to protect designer, artists, and authors so their work is not altered and ruined or used illegally by other companies. I fully respect the laws and I will not copy or use another artist or designer's work or images without permission. Copyright is legally in place once work is uploaded. As is fair and legal, I do not own your artwork or writing that we use on your site or products and I will not use it for my purposes without your permission.
Payments + payment plans: I use Paypal and bank transfer for payments and offer monthly payment plans for larger, long term projects. I have very fast turnaround but for 24 hour requests I charge a rush fee of $100.
2024 Website Package: Customized Website, Branding Consultation, SEO, Copyediting, Intro Marketing Plan: $3600
Non profit + Referral Special Package: $1500 All packages include website design for up to 5 pages e.g. About, Projects, etc., content editing work, plus 3 follow up meetings. Any editing work beyond initial website creation, 5 pages, and 1st edits, is billed at a discounted rate of $30 per hour.
Site Copywriting or Optimization: $600 per page
